Did You Know?

Citizens sponsor service men and women at home and abroad by providing them with a pre-paid window to secure a spot in the flag design. The contribution is $19.95 per photo window, which includes the picture (and possibly a message) from a member of the armed forces and your message of support. Business, corporate and non-profit foundation sponsorships are welcome.

Please fill out the form below as completely as you can. This will enable us to help you locate your picture later on our web site after a flag is completed using your photograph.

Entering the information the way you will remember it the easiest. Our search engine works off of exact matches.

Submission Instructions

RANK:     (Please list this so that civilians can read and understand it for example "Private First Class" not PFC

LOGIN IDENTIFIER:      (Use either a common login or a nickname to help you easily find your record. There is no password and while this will not be displayed anywhere, please do not use anything highly confidential. This will help us help you better) 

MESSAGE TO THE PUBLIC:

 

 (Please provide a short message of a sentence or two to the public about yourself, why you serve your country, what you miss back home, thanking the public for their support, asking for their prayers or support or any other appropriate message. We reserve the right to edit or reject comments if they don't meet our criteria.)

PICTURE:    

Please, one picture per person. Please use a 5x7 size horizontal picture.  Please make the image at least x (gb?) in size. (A picture taken with a digital camera will generally meet this requirement but one taken with a cell phone will not).  Use an interesting picture of you by yourself or with others at work, in the field, or relaxing. We reserve the right to reject any pictures that might offend or otherwise not meet our requirements.
